Welcome to Waco!! The Waco Association of REALTORS ® (WAOR) has a few different ways you can be a part of our Association.

WAOR Membership/Subscriber Types

Primary REALTOR® Membership:

The Association that collects your NAR and TR dues, is considered your primary Association. As a primary member of WAOR, you have the opportunity to serve on committees, vote on Association matters, attend events, etc. To join, you must meet the following requirements:

You must have an active Texas real estate license and be sponsored by a broker who is a member of WAOR; or
Have an active Texas broker or appraisal license
Submit an application for membership, and pay the application fee and applicable membership dues
You must submit a letter of good standing from your current Association with your membership application
Must complete New Member Orientation before can participate in the MLS. (Not applicable to appraisers.)
Must complete the online Code of Ethics Training before can participate in the MLS. (Not applicable to appraisers.)

Secondary REALTOR® Membership:

You may join WAOR as a secondary member. You would pay local dues to WAOR, and have all the privileges that a primary member of WAOR has. To join as a secondary member, you must meet the following requirements:

You must have a primary membership with another local Association, NAR and TR
You must submit a letter of good standing from your primary Association with your membership application
You must be sponsored by a broker who is a member, or have an active Texas broker license
You must submit a letter of good standing from your current Association with your membership application
You must pay the application fee and local dues
You must attend New Member Orientation before can participate in the MLS.

PRIMARY/SECONDARY MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

MLS Service Only Subscribers:

At this level of participation, you get access to the WAOR MLS - Matrix. To be a subscriber, you must meet the following requirements:

You must have a primary membership with another local Association, NAR and TR
You must submit a letter of good standing from your primary Association with your membership application
You must be sponsored by a broker who is a member, or are a licensed broker/appraiser
You must pay the application fee
You must complete an MLS Training Module.

MLS APPLICATION

Affiliate Membership:

Businesses that serve or have an interest in the real estate market and/or community make up our affiliate members. Our affiliates are mortgage companies, title companies, property inspectors, real estate photographers, pest control companies, etc. As an Affiliate member, you have the opportunity to sponsor and/or attend Association events, pull member rosters, and network with realty professionals. Your membership also includes Texas Association of REALTORS ® (TR) member beneﬁts. (See below.) To join as an affiliate, you must complete the following steps:

Submit an Affiliate Membership Application
Pay the application fee and applicable dues (Local and/or state)

AFFILIATE APPLICATION

WAOR members primarily service McLennan, Limestone, Falls, Hill, Bosque and Coryell counties. However, we have members from various parts of the state and even some who live out-of-state. We welcome all.
