Join WAOR

Welcome to the Waco Association of REALTORS® (WAOR).  We have a few different ways you can be a part of our Association.

WAOR members primarily service McLennan, Limestone, Falls, Hill, Bosque and Coryell  counties. However, we have members from various parts of the state and even some who live  out-of-state. We welcome all.

WAOR Membership/Subscriber Types

Primary REALTOR® Membership:

As a primary member of WAOR, you receive dozens of benefits including free CE Classes, Forewarn and more.  Additionally, you can serve on Teams, attend networking events, and more.  To join, you must:

  • Have an active Texas real estate license and be sponsored by a WAOR member broker or have your own Texas broker license
  • Submit an application for membership, letter of good standing from your current Association, and pay all application fees.
  • Complete New Member Orientation receiving MLS Access.
  • Complete the NAR Code of Ethics Training

Secondary REALTOR® Membership:

Secondary members have their primary membership with another Associaiton, but by paying Local Dues, get all the benefits below!  You must:

  • Have an active Texas real estate license and be sponsored by a WAOR member broker or have your own Texas broker license
  • Have a primary membership with another local Association, NAR and TR
  • Submit an application for membership, letter of good standing from your current Association, and pay all application fees.
  • Complete New Member Orientation receiving MLS Access.

MLS Service Only Subscribers:

To get MLS Access through our Association, you must:

  • Have an active Texas real estate license and be sponsored by a WAOR member broker or have your own Texas broker license
  • Have a primary membership with another local Association, NAR and TR
  • Submit an application for membership, letter of good standing from your current Association, and pay all application fees.
  • Complete online MLS Orientation to receive MLS Access.
