The Waco Association of REALTORS (WAOR) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the refurbishment and upgrades to the WAOR office building and meeting spaces, including all associated site work.

Delivery Instructions: Submit One (1) hard copy to the address above. The subject should read “RFP – Construction Manager at Risk Services for Office Refurbishment and Upgrades”
Late submissions will not be accepted. Please allow adequate mailing time if sending via post or delivery service.
Respondents are strongly encouraged to read the entire RFP document carefully before submitting.
