Membership Dues Breakdown
WAOR membership includes local, state, and national association dues. All three are required for Primary REALTOR® members and are billed together annually.
WAOR Dues
Your local Waco Association of REALTORS® membership dues, covering all local programs, services, advocacy, and events.
Includes access to all WAOR member benefits, events, education, and local advocacy programs.
TAR Dues
Texas Association of REALTORS® state dues, included with your WAOR membership — access to TAR tools, forms, and advocacy.
Includes the TAR forms library, legal hotline, market data, and Texas-level advocacy efforts.
NAR Dues
National Association of REALTORS® dues — grants you full NAR membership and the right to use the REALTOR® trademark.
Includes RPR, NAR member discounts, research, advocacy, and the REALTOR® designation.
Total Annual Dues (Primary REALTOR®)
WAOR + TAR + NAR combined — billed once per year. Pro-rated for mid-year applicants.
NTREIS MLS Fees
MLS fees are billed separately from association dues on a quarterly basis. The amount varies by license type. These fees cover your NTREIS platform access, Supra eKey, and all MLS tools.
