Account & Contact Info
I need to update my contact information.
You can update your contact information in the GrowthZone Member Platform. Log in and navigate to your profile settings.
My web designer needs access to the NTREIS IDX feed.
For a third-party vendor to set up your website/IDX feed, they navigate to the NTREIS vendor page. The setup fee and monthly charge apply to the vendor, not the agent. The design agency completes the vendor agreement and emails it to NTREIS at IDX@ntreis.net.
Listing Issues
I entered the wrong price and it is showing a price increase/decrease.
Email your listing agreement to our MLS Staff with the correct price and we will update it.
How many days can a sign be displayed at a property before going on MLS?
One business day.
I entered the incorrect selling agent on my Closed listing.
Send an email with the MLS#, the correct agent ID & name, and closing paperwork to our MLS staff.
I have the wrong days on market when I list.
Email an amendment of listing to the MLS staff to reset the list date.
Why did you send me a violation?
Most violations are automatically sent based on existing NTREIS rules. Listing Data Checker automatically checks against the parcel ID using county records. Some violations are issued after manual review. To contest or request a change you cannot make yourself (e.g., address), reply to the violation email.
Why are my listings not being syndicated to Zillow or other sites?
Select "Yes" from the "Allow Internet Display" drop-down under the Remarks tab of your listing. Zillow is its own broker but your listing should be included in their IDX Feed. Note: Zillow requires a paid subscription for rental listings.
MLS Status & DOM Questions
How many days can a listing be in Coming Soon status?
30 days. After 30 days, if not manually updated, it will automatically change to "Hold".
Does DOM count in Coming Soon status?
No. "Hold" does not count DOM either.
Can I change my Active listing back to Coming Soon?
No, you would have to place it in Hold status instead.
What is the difference between DOM and CDOM?
Days on Market (DOM) tracks days associated with a specific MLS#. Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM) tracks days associated with the address. Leave the property off market for 31 days to reset CDOM. DOM resets every time you assign a new MLS#.
Data Checker says to update my address but I cannot change it.
Reply to the violation and ask staff to update the address. Due to history purposes, address changes cannot be made after 5 days from the initial list date.
Technical & Tools
Does MLS work on Mac?
Yes! NTREIS works on any major OS (Windows or Mac). On Mac, use the Cmd key instead of Ctrl.
Can I search by school ratings in the MLS?
Not directly in Matrix MLS. However, REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR) is a nationwide property database with school ratings and comprehensive reports — available free to REALTORS®.
I'm trying to enter the selling agent but they are not coming up.
If searching their Agent ID in Roster returns 0 matches, they are not an MLS Participant. Enter 8 nines (99999999). The same rule applies if an owner is representing themselves.
I received a warning popup when submitting my listing.
The warning popup is just a confirmation before submission. It will not prevent you from submitting the listing.
Realist Tax does not have correct information.
Email the address/MLS#, issue, and screenshots (if possible) to report the discrepancy. It should be corrected within a week or so.

For ShowingTime: call 1-800-379-0057. For Broker Bay: call 1-800-547-0252 or email support@brokerbay.com. Always check with your office manager first to see if your office has accounts set up.
Where do I report Clear Cooperation?
Submit via the Clear Cooperation form. All reports are anonymous.
What form do I use for a particular transaction?
WAOR does not provide broker or legal advice. Check with your mentor or broker, or call the Texas REALTORS® Legal Hotline at (512) 480-8200.
