WAOR Education Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy: You must request a refund for class fees in writing, at least two days prior to the class start date. If your request for a refund is less than two days prior to the class start date, you will be charged a $10.00 administration fee for CE classes. SAE/Qualifying Classes - $25.00.
*No-shows, day-of, or post-class start date refund requests will be determined on a case-by-case basis. 

Bundled classes are not refundable.

Appeals regarding refunds will be heard and decided by the WAOR Education Committee.

The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) is the regulating body for all licensed Real Estate professionals in the state of Texas. All courses, materials, and practices at the Waco Association of REALTORS are approved by TREC and WAOR adheres to all educational standards and rules passed down from TREC.
