The Waco Association of REALTORS® Educational Foundation is an organization within the Waco Association of REALTORS®, Inc. The mission of the Waco Educational Foundation is:
To accumulate assets from fundraising and donations that can be managed to serve our Waco Association REALTOR® Members.
- To recognize our fellow Waco Association REALTOR® Members who are in need.
- To be able to support and fulfill the needs of our Waco Association REALTOR® Members in a time of crisis.
Foundation funds may be requested by filling out the REALTOR® Relief Fund application and submitting it to any member of the Waco Association of REALTORS® Educational Foundation or the Association Executive. Each request is handled with complete confidentiality within the Foundation. Such a request is examined for approval, and funds are distributed in accordance with our Policies. Funds may be requested for:
- Emergency Medical Needs
- Emergency Travel
- Assistance with Food or Shelter
- Catastrophic Events
The Board of Trustees of the WAOR Educational Foundation will review the applications for assistance and will approve or deny the request on or before the next scheduled meeting.
The Waco Association of REALTORS® Educational Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation under the approval of the Internal Revenue Service and incorporated under the State of Texas.
